APSAD P5 remote surveillance
24/7 surveillance: analysis, reaction and centralised protection in real time thanks to our 5 APSAD P5 remote surveillance centres.
APSAD P5 remote surveillance
Detect, analyse and respond 24/7 for uninterrupted security
We deploy APSAD P5-certified remote surveillance systems, combining advanced technology and human expertise to guarantee continuous protection of your sites. Our 5 remote surveillance centres provide round-the-clock vigilance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with redundant infrastructures guaranteeing continuity of service in all circumstances. Every alarm is analysed and qualified in real time by our trained operators, who immediately notify the police or emergency services if any suspicions are raised. With almost 100,000 sites connected and 850,000 signals processed every day, Scutum combines technological performance, traceability and proximity, offering optimum security and proven responsiveness.
24/7 certified vigilance - APSAD P5 infrastructures and mirror supervision
Scutum operates 5 APSAD P5-certified remote surveillance centres, interconnected and operating in mirror mode to ensure total continuity of service.
Each centre is equipped with redundant communications systems (IP, 4G, fibre, radio) and back-up servers to ensure that signals are always available.
Communications between sites and platforms are encrypted in accordance with CNPP R31 standards, ensuring confidentiality, integrity and traceability of the data exchanged.
The infrastructures meet high energy resilience requirements (generators, inverters, network redundancy) to ensure uninterrupted surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Rapid, controlled response - Real-time analysis and intervention procedures
Each alarm received is time-stamped and automatically qualified using the Smart Security Platform's correlation engine, then processed by a level 1 or 2 operator depending on the criticality protocol. In the event of a positive enquiry, our centres trigger an automated intervention chain:
Immediate notification to the customer and his security managers,
Mobilisation of the police or approved security agents,
Incident report drawn up and sent (chronology, recordings, digital evidence).
This approach enables a response time of less than 30 seconds to a priority alarm.

Cutting-edge technology - Smart Security Platform and proprietary software
The system is based on the Smart Security Platform (SSP), a unified supervision platform developed by Scutum. It aggregates real-time data from intrusion, video surveillance, access control, fire, DATI/PTI, IoT and technical sensor systems. Signals are correlated, prioritised and automatically enhanced by AI, eliminating false alarms and optimising analysis times.
The platform features an automated reporting engine and a secure client interface, providing direct access to events, historical data, videos and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Scutum Premium Services - High-criticality remote surveillance
Scutum Premium Services is the dedicated remote surveillance solution for key accounts and high-risk sites (sensitive industries, data centres, critical infrastructures, high-value logistics).
It guarantees immediate response, with an average response time (ART) of less than 50 seconds, thanks to enhanced protocols, automatic alarm prioritisation and operators trained in high-criticality situations.
Combined with APSAD P5-certified infrastructures and advanced supervision, this offer ensures maximum responsiveness, reliability and continuity of service, essential for environments where no interruption or error is tolerable.
For complete protection of your infrastructure
Scutum will design a system tailored to your business sector, your specific requirements and the configuration of your sites.

Certifications
NSI (National Security Inspectorate) Gold is the highest level of certification for security and fire safety providers in the UK. It confirms that our systems and services meet rigorous industry standards, including ISO 9001 for quality management, ensuring reliable, professional and compliant delivery. NSI Gold with ISO 14001 certification demonstrates our commitment to environmental management alongside the highest standards in security and fire safety. It confirms that we operate responsibly, minimising environmental impact while maintaining quality and compliance.
FAQ
A conventional alarm system is limited to detecting and signalling an intrusion or anomaly locally, whereas remote surveillance ensures 24/7 remote monitoring by qualified operators.
At Scutum, every alarm is instantly transmitted to an APSAD P5-certified centre, where it is analysed, verified (audio/video doubt removal), then processed and a response triggered (law enforcement, security agents, maintenance).

The alarms received are automatically classified by the Smart Security Platform according to their level of criticality. An operator then carries out a video or audio investigation, cross-referencing data from sensors, cameras or technical detectors. If an alert is confirmed, an automated escalation procedure is triggered: notification of the customer, alerting the police, then real-time monitoring of the intervention until it is completed.
Scutum's 5 remote surveillance centres are interconnected in mirror mode, with redundant IP, fibre and 4G links. In the event of a site failure, another centre automatically takes over without any service interruption. Alarm data and images are stored on secure servers and subject to regular audit, guaranteeing continuous availability and full RGPD compliance.
