Control Panel
Your home control panel is the central processing "brain" and user interface hub of your system. It receives and relays signals from door/window contacts, motion sensors, glass break detectors, life safety devices, and more.
Door/Window Contact
Your doors and windows are your home's weakest points. We make sure each entry/exit point is properly secured.Almost all door and window sensors use a reed switch" to determine when a protected area has been reached. A reed switch consists of a set of electrical connectors placed s lightly apart. When a magnetic field is placed parallel to the electrical connectors, it pulls them together, closing the circuit. When the magnet is moved away by opening the door or window, the circuit is interrupted and sends a signal to the control panel.
Motion Detector
The interior motion detector is an essential element of your security system. It is the main device that detects when someone is in your home when they shouldn't be. A motion sensor uses smart technology to detect movement in a protected area. If a sensor is tripped, a signal is sent to your security system's control panel, which connects to your monitoring center, alerting you and the monitoring center to a potential threat in your home.
Glass Break Detector
Glass-break detectors are designed to "hear" the sound of breaking windows, creating a
"first line of defense" for your home. They will trigger your alarm system before an intruder can enter.
Key Fob Remote
A home security key/ob remote is a small, portable wireless hardware device used to control an alarm system via radio or digital signals. Each has a
"panic button" that can trigger an alarm event on your control panel. .
