A CSR Strategy Led by the Executive Committee

Scutum's CSR governance framework is designed to ensure environmental, social and governance considerations are fully integrated into the Group's strategy. It provides a structured approach to managing CSR initiatives, engaging stakeholders across the business and ensuring alignment at every level of the organisation. The Executive Committee is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Group's CSR programme, defining priorities and overseeing progress. It works closely with the CSR Committee, which helps coordinate and promote initiatives across the business, and the Ethics Committee, which supports compliance, integrity and ethical business practices through clear policies, guidance and training.

Scutum is strengthening its environmental commitment by supporting Quality West Wood in Scotland: 13,900 trees planted to preserve biodiversity, enrich landscapes and build a lasting legacy.

Scutum Academy: training, development, excellence

Since its launch, the Scutum Academy has trained numerous sales, technical and administrative teams, enhancing their skills, promoting their development and guaranteeing excellent customer service.

A partner in sustainable integration

Scutum works to promote professional integration through partnerships with an ETTI leading to sustainable recruitment, innovative campaigns via MRS (Méthode par Simulation) with France Travail and welcoming school dropouts on work placements.

Support Patients en réseau

Scutum supports Patients en réseau, an association that supports people affected by cancer through mutual aid and access to reliable information. A health and solidarity cause that is particularly close to the Group's heart.
