A CSR strategy supported by the Executive Committee
Scutum's CSR governance is structured to integrate responsible issues into the Group's strategy. It ensures coherent management of CSR initiatives, involving all stakeholders, for a sustainable and aligned approach at all levels. The Executive Committee directly steers the CSR strategy, defines key guidelines and monitors the progress of projects, in close collaboration with the CSR Committee, which mobilises internal players around initiatives, and the Ethics Committee, which guarantees integrity, compliance and training in a transparent culture.
