MyScutum Care offers innovative remote assistance solutions to support and protect people at home or on the move. This service enables rapid intervention by relatives or emergency services, giving users and their families independence, security and peace of mind.
Home-based remote assistance
A wearable alert device (bracelet or pendant) connected to an autonomous transmitter operating on the GSM/4G/5G network, with no need for a fixed line or internet connection. The system requires only a power supply and includes battery backup in the event of a power cut.
The device provides a range of approximately 120 metres around the home, with alerts monitored 24/7 by our remote assistance centre.
Designed for elderly or vulnerable individuals, this solution supports independent living while ensuring continuous safety and reassurance.
Mobile remote assistance with geolocation
A solution designed to provide protection both at home and on the move, with no distance limitations.
The system includes a mobile transmitter, an alert button and a dedicated application for carers, enabling real-time location tracking and rapid response in the event of an incident.
Ideal for active individuals or those who require continuous coverage beyond the home.
Remote assistance with video support
This solution integrates a Wi-Fi-connected camera system with a GSM/4G/5G remote alarm device and wearable alert (bracelet or pendant).
In the event of an alarm, our operators can verify the situation via live video, enabling visual confirmation and direct communication.
This enhanced level of support is particularly suited to carers, elderly or vulnerable individuals, providing additional reassurance and effective response.
Human assistance and on-site intervention
In addition to remote alerts, this service provides 24/7 human support, including on-site intervention when required. Availability may vary depending on location (please contact us for details). Access to the property is required, for example via a key safe or secure access arrangement.
This solution is particularly suited to individuals who are isolated, do not have a close carer nearby, or may require a physical response in the event of an incident.
By combining connected devices, continuous monitoring and on-the-ground intervention, it delivers comprehensive support and reassurance.

Frequently asked questions
MyScutum Care remote assistance is based on a simple, reliable device: a trigger (medallion or bracelet) fitted with an SOS alert button connected via a GSM/4G/5G transmitter to an assistance centre available 24/7. If the user feels unwell, falls or is in an emergency situation, he or she presses the button and is immediately put through to an operator, who assesses the situation and alerts next of kin, the emergency services or a home care worker if necessary.
Yes, MyScutum Care devices use stand-alone GSM/4G/5G transmitters (with an integrated multi-operator sim card), requiring no fixed line or internet box. This technology ensures a stable and secure connection, both at home and away from home, guaranteeing national coverage and continuity of service, even in the event of a power cut or Wi-Fi network failure. (with the exception of white zones, where alternative PSTN/IP solutions are not available).
For people who are active, on the move or isolated, MyScutum Care offers mobile remote assistance solutions with real-time GPS geolocation. These devices enable an alert to be triggered from any location, while transmitting the user's precise position to the assistance centre. This service is ideal for isolated workers, independent senior citizens or vulnerable people who want to be protected on a daily basis, wherever they are. Geolocation is carried out via the transmitter box.
As soon as an alarm is triggered (manual activation or automatic detection of a fall), the MyScutum Care assistance centre contacts the user via the built-in loudspeaker (or, failing that, by making a reverse call to the user's home). Once all doubts have been cleared, the operator notifies the next of kin or the emergency services according to the defined protocol. The entire process is secure and traceable, guaranteeing optimum responsiveness and care tailored to each situation.
