Travel Risk Management
Anticipate, locate and protect your employees on the move anywhere in the world.
Anticipate risk, protect your travellers and guarantee the continuity of your missions.
We support your employees on business trips with a comprehensive solution for managing the risks associated with international mobility. Via a dedicated application (SSF Global Solutions), travellers benefit from real-time geolocation tracking, personalised safety alerts and emergency assistance available 24/7 from anywhere in the world. This system makes it possible to locate, inform and alert teams on mission, and to deploy rescue or evacuation services in the event of a crisis.
Our Travel Risk Management solutions
Preparing and training travellers
Before their departure, employees benefit from dedicated prevention resources: country risk analyses via detailed country fact sheets, e-learning training and practical support to anticipate risk situations. This preparation helps them to be alert, to adopt the right reflexes and to structure the support provided to mobile teams.
Real-time tracking & geolocation
We support companies in setting up containment plans and emergency procedures tailored to each site. Training sessions and practical exercises prepare employees to adopt the right reflexes in the event of an attack, violent intrusion or panic. The aim is to ensure smooth coordination and minimise human risk.
Protecting travellers
Thanks to the SSF Global Solutions mobile application, your travellers are geolocated and continuously monitored: automatic import of travel data (PNR), assessment of the country's risk level, direct notifications and alerts. In non-networked areas, satellite beacons can be deployed to ensure continuous monitoring in all conditions.
24/7 alerts & crisis communication
A 24/7 operations centre manages security alerts in over 200 countries. Employees can trigger a manual or automatic alert, and the platform informs via mass messaging in the event of a crisis, enabling a rapid coordination of the response. This system ensures that your teams are informed, contactable and supported in real time, even in the event of a major incident.

FAQ
The Scutum system is based on automatic integration of PNR (Passenger Name Record) data, mission declarations via the HR API, and GPS or satellite geolocation from travellers' terminals. Positions are correlated with a dynamic mapping of risks (safety, health, environment) to trigger geo-fenced contextual alerts and enable precise monitoring, even in areas with poor connectivity.
When an alert is issued (automatically or manually), the operations centre operator immediately initiates a sequence to clear up any doubts and contact the passenger (SMS, push, voice IP, satellite). If there is no response, a hierarchical escalation procedure is triggered: notification of the company, activation of an approved local service provider, then coordination of an evacuation or on-site assistance if necessary.
