With over 25 years' experience in the telecoms, technology and digital sectors, Pascal-Arthur Turchi is leading the company's transformation and growth. Since 2016, he has overseen Scutum's expansion across Europe and North America.
A graduate of Stanford University, Pascal-Arthur Turchi previously held senior positions at Cisco, PureWave Networks and 3Com. He is particularly passionate about innovation and the development of smart cities, putting his expertise at the service of advanced and sustainable technological solutions.

Stéphane Gaidier brings a wealth of strategic and operational expertise to the Scutum Group, having worked for a number of consultancies and major international companies. His career has enabled him to develop a global vision of financial performance and long-term value creation. As Deputy Managing Director Group, he oversees the Finance, Purchasing and IT departments on an international scale. His role is to ensure the Group's solidity and financing, optimise resources and guarantee consistency between strategy, operational efficiency and technological innovation.

With a solid background in human resources, particularly in the security sector, Christophe Pourcenoux brings to the Group in-depth expertise in talent management and organisational development. His experience will enable him to provide effective support for the Group's rapid international growth. As Director of Human Resources, he oversees the implementation of an ambitious HR strategy focused on attracting, retaining and developing the skills of our employees. His human and structured approach helps to strengthen the corporate culture and support the Group's global expansion.

With many years' experience in the security sector, Pascal has in-depth knowledge of the market and its players. This expertise, combined with solid financial experience acquired in particular as the Group's Finance Director for 12 years, enables him to provide effective support for the Group's development and expansion strategy through external growth. As M&A Director, he oversees mergers and acquisitions, from identifying opportunities to integrating new entities. His role is essential in supporting the acceleration of the Group's external growth strategy on an international scale.
